By using PointMade you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What PointMade is
PointMade is a free game where you forecast whether a crypto price candle will close higher or lower, and score points for it. No money is involved: there's no betting, no stakes, no prizes, and points have no cash value and can't be exchanged for anything.
Not financial advice
Nothing in PointMade (calls, scores, other players' calls, signals, charts or headlines) is financial, investment or trading advice. Prices and data may be delayed or wrong. Don't make financial decisions based on the app.
Your account
You need to be at least 13 to use PointMade. Keep your Apple ID secure; you're responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete it any time in Settings.
How to behave
Your name, handle and call reasons are visible to others. Don't post anything abusive, hateful, sexual, threatening or illegal, don't impersonate others, don't spam or promote scams, and don't try to break, overload or cheat the app (for example with automated calls). You keep ownership of what you write, and give us permission to show it in the app.
We can remove content, rename profiles, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules. Report problems from someone's profile (••• → Report), or email us.
Scores and fairness
Calls are final once made. Results come from public market data; if a candle's data is missing or clearly wrong we may void the call. We may change scoring, features or coins over time.
Pro
We may offer paid features later. Joining early access costs nothing and doesn't commit you to anything. Any paid plan will be offered through the App Store with its price shown before you buy.
No warranty and liability
PointMade is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss from decisions you make based on the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll update the date above and tell you in the app about significant changes; continuing to use PointMade means you accept them.
