Common questions

How are points scored? Each call earns points from how sure you said you were: right and sure earns the most, wrong and sure costs the most. A 50% call scores zero.

When can I make a call? Until a third of the way into the candle (5 minutes into a 15-minute candle, 20 into an hour, 80 into 4 hours, 8 hours into a day). Calls are scored from the candle's open.

Does it cost anything, or involve money? No. PointMade is free and there is no betting, trading or prize money.

Someone is being abusive. On their profile, tap ••• to report or block them. We review reports within 24 hours.

How do I delete my account? In the app: Me → Settings → Delete account. It takes effect immediately. If you can't sign in, email us from the address linked to your Apple ID.
